Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for standard or express delivery to addresses in Canada, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Senegal, Guinea-Equatorial, Congo-Brazzaville and Kinshasa, Rwanda, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, and Germany.

 3. Processing and Transit Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. We do not ship on Sundays.

Transit time and date of delivery may vary due to product location, carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and method of delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. You will receive a shipment notification and the tracking number once your product has shipped. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

The following delivery time are to be used as a guide:

  • Within CANADA 3 (expedited) to 10(standard) days
  • Within CAMEROON 3 days
  • CANADA - EUROPE  7 days
  • CAMEROON - CANADA 10 days
  • CAMEROON - EUROPE 7 days 
  • CANADA - AFRICA  7(expedited) to 20 (standard) days

4. Customs charges

We have two warehouses from where our products ship: One in Canada and the other in Cameroon. Any international shipment is subjected to customs charges and is the buyer's responsibility to pay prior delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

6. Sales tax

Sales taxes are charged only for all orders with delivery address in Canada and the rate varies according to the province or territory.

7. Damaged Items in Transport
